Classes

We offer classes for every level including kids classes for ages 3-12. Everyone will get the individual attention they need to reach there goals. Please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our instructors are happy to give personalized pointers.

 

Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean art that emphasizes kicking techniques. It is a sport that teaches people to develop the positive aspects of their own personality through respect, courage, self control, confidence, and patience.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

If you are new to Martial Arts and want lose a few extra pounds, make friends, learn how to defend yourself in real life situations and discover the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle, this is where to begin! This class is specifically designed to give you a space to work on your basic techniques, providing different degrees of complexity within each class.

Cardio Kickboxing/Boot Camp (Adults Only)

Cardio Kickboxing

A group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Boot Camp

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

High-Intensity Interval Training (Adults Only)

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks.
