  • Youth Boxing (ages 5-12) young participants to the fundamentals of boxing. It focuses on developing basic boxing techniques, footwork, and coordination in a supportive and engaging environment.

  • Teen Boxing (ages 13-17) Provides a comprehensive boxing class that builds on foundational skills. Teens learn more advanced techniques, defensive strategies, and gain a deeper understanding of the sport's physical and mental aspects.

  • Cardio Kickboxing with G: Coach G leads an energetic Cardio Kickboxing class, providing a full-body workout combining martial arts techniques with cardio exercises. Participants improve their fitness levels, burn calories, and enhance their overall health in a high-energy session.

  • Open Roll: A free-form session for participants in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to engage in sparring without the traditional structure of a class. Open Roll provides an opportunity for individuals to test their skills in a more relaxed setting.

  • Youth Kickboxing (ages 5-12) Youth participants learn the basics of kickboxing, a dynamic martial art that combines punches and kicks. The class emphasizes coordination, discipline, and fitness in a fun and supportive atmosphere.


  • Muay Thai Drilling with Coach Christian (Fridays only): Coach Christian's Muay Thai Drilling class focuses on refining Muay Thai techniques through repetitive drills. Participants enhance their striking precision, fluidity, and conditioning in preparation for Muay Thai sparring.


  • Self-Defense Class (Wednesdays only): Teaching practical techniques for personal protection. Participants learn awareness, escapes, and self-defense maneuvers designed to increase confidence in real-world situations.



  • Beginner Karate (Strictly Beginners) Our Beginner Karate class designed for individuals with little to no prior experience in martial arts. Participants learn the basics of traditional karate, including stances, strikes, and basic forms, fostering a strong foundation in martial arts.


  • Superfoot Karate with Coach Jefferies: Coach Jefferies instructs Superfoot Karate, a dynamic martial art that combines elements of traditional karate with modern techniques. Superfoot Karate emphasizes speed, agility, and precision, promoting both physical and mental discipline.

  • Gi Jiu-Jitsu with Professor Ruben:(16+ years old) Instructed by Professor Ruben, Gi Jiu-Jitsu is a ground-based martial art that originated in Japan. This class emphasizes grappling and submission techniques, utilizing the traditional Gi uniform. Participants learn self-defense, positional control, and submission holds.


  • Boxing Fundamentals with Coach Anthony: Coach Anthony leads the Boxing Fundamentals class, focusing on teaching the basics of boxing techniques, including stance, footwork, punches, and defensive maneuvers. This class is suitable for beginners looking to build a solid foundation in boxing.

 
  • Muay Thai with Coach Christian (Mondays only): Introduces participants to Muay Thai, the "Art of Eight Limbs" from Thailand. This striking art incorporates punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. The class emphasizes proper technique, conditioning, and understanding of the Muay Thai.


  • Cardio AM Bootcamp with Ryker and Mike: Led by Ryker on Tuesday and Mike on Thursdays, the Cardio AM Bootcamp offers an early morning high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session. Participants engage in various cardio and strength exercises, promoting overall fitness and endurance.


  • Teen Kickboxing (ages 13-17) This class builds on the foundation of basic kickboxing skills for teenagers. Participants develop more advanced techniques, strength, and flexibility while enjoying the dynamic nature of kickboxing.


  • MMA Striking; focusing on striking techniques used in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Participants learn a combination of striking styles, including elements from boxing, Muay Thai, and karate, to enhance their stand-up game in MMA.

  • No Gi Jiu-Jitsu the No Gi Jiu-Jitsu class, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu variant that doesn't use the traditional Gi uniform. Participants learn ground-based grappling techniques, submissions, and positional control, emphasizing practical self-defense. This class is designed for fundamentals and is a great way to improve technique.

  • MMA Wrestling with Ryker: Ryker's MMA Wrestling class introduces participants to wrestling techniques specifically tailored for Mixed Martial Arts. Emphasizing takedowns, control, and ground positioning, this class complements the overall skill set needed in MMA competition.
