At our camp, we're passionate about nurturing young minds and bodies through the art of martial arts. From learning essential techniques to cultivating discipline and confidence, our program is designed to empower children with skills that extend far beyond the dojo.

Our camp is divided into three age groups: 3 to 5 years old, 6 to 8 years old, and 8 to 11 ensuring age-appropriate instruction and activities tailored to each child's developmental stage.

Throughout the camp, children will:

  • Learn fundamental martial arts techniques in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Develop discipline through structured training sessions and respectful interactions.

  • Build confidence as they overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements.

  • Cultivate respect for themselves and others, fostering a positive and inclusive community.

Our experienced instructors are dedicated to providing engaging and enriching experiences that inspire a lifelong love for martial arts and personal growth.

What the week will look like

Monday: Boxing & Muay Thai

  • 9:00 AM - Drop-off: Let the week begin with a burst of energy and enthusiasm!

  • 9:15 AM - Stretch and Warm-up: Start the day by limbering up those muscles for an exhilarating session ahead.

  • 9:45 AM - Boxing: Learn the art of delivering powerful punches and swift footwork as we dive into the world of boxing.

  • 10:30 AM - Muay Thai: Transition into the art of Muay Thai, mastering traditional Thai boxing techniques and honing your striking abilities.

  • 11:15 AM - Snack Break: Refuel with a nutritious snack to keep the energy high.

  • 11:30 AM - Creative Arts: Engage in creative activities that complement the day's martial arts training, fostering imagination and expression.

  • 12:00 PM - Pick-up

Tuesday: Grappling & Karate

  • 9:00 AM - Drop-off: Ready for another day of excitement and learning!

  • 9:15 AM - Stretch and Warm-up: Limber up those muscles as we prepare for a day of grappling and karate.

  • 9:45 AM - Grappling: Dive into the world of grappling, learning essential ground-fighting techniques and self-defense maneuvers.

  • 10:30 AM - Karate: Embrace the discipline and precision of karate, focusing on strikes, blocks, and forms.

  • 11:15 AM - Snack Break: Recharge with a snack break to keep the energy levels high.

  • 11:30 AM - Outdoor Games: Explore the great outdoors with activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and outdoor skills.

Wednesday: Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

  • 9:00 AM - Drop-off: Midweek excitement awaits as we delve into the world of MMA!

  • 9:15 AM - Stretch and Warm-up: Prepare the body and mind for the dynamic training ahead.

  • 9:45 AM - Mixed Martial Arts: Experience the fusion of various martial arts disciplines, combining striking, grappling, and submissions.

  • 10:30 AM - Team Building: Engage in team-building activities that promote communication, cooperation, and problem-solving.

  • 11:15 AM - Snack Break: Recharge with a snack and share stories of newfound skills and experiences.

  • 11:30 AM - Leadership Development: Cultivate leadership skills through activities that encourage responsibility, decision-making, and empathy.

Thursday: Review Day

  • 9:00 AM - Drop-off: Welcome to a day of reflection and refinement.

  • 9:15 AM - Stretch and Warm-up: Get the body moving as we prepare to review skills learned earlier in the week.

  • 9:45 AM - Technique Review: Review and refine techniques learned on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to reinforce understanding and mastery.

  • 10:30 AM - Games

  • 11:15 AM - Snack Break: Refuel and recharge with a nutritious snack.

  • 11:30 AM - Mindfulness and Meditation: Practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques to promote mental focus and emotional well-being.

Friday: Fun Day Games
